Joined the Board in December 2003. He worked for the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of companies for 30 years, during which time he held a number of senior management positions in Europe and Asia Pacific culminating in his appointment as Chief Executive of Shell Chemicals in 1998. He retired from Shell in April 2003. He is also a non-executive director of CNOOC Ltd, Outokumpu OYJ, Air Products and Chemicals Inc and SembCorp Industries Ltd. |
